  • Mat Barre fuses Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training for a total body workout in an express 35 minutes. All exercises will be done on the mat (no standing work) with a variety of props and weights. Barefoot or grippy socks recommended.

    NOTE: The room temperature will range from 80-85 degrees.

  • Join us for an invigorating Yoga Sculpt while we flow through traditional Yoga poses with light hand weights and cardio bursts. Barefoot recommended.

Vinyasa is practiced one breath to one movement intentionally, which creates a moving meditation for the student to build their own flow via breath work and physical awareness. With the support of props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, your muscles can relax deeply so the connective tissues, fascia, joints and ligaments have space to open and restore. The stillness of the practice helps reduce stress, improve flexibility, and invite emotional release. This practice is accessible to all levels and is truly about surrender, not striving.
