Monday

  • Full-body workout set to the beat of the music utilizing low weights and high repetition. Barre-inspired movements mixed with strength, this 45 minute class will leave you feeling sculpted. All exercises completed standing or on the mat. Tennis shoes recommended.

  • 35-Minute Warm Mat Barre fuses Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training to create an effective workout focusing primarily on the upper and lower body while staying on the mat throughout class (no standing work). Barefoot or grippy socks recommended.

    Note: The room will be warmed to 80 degrees.

  • 35-Minute express Pilates core workout focusing on building strength and core stability. Class will incorporate a variety of props. Barefoot or grippy socks recommended.

Tuesday

  • Evolved out of Joseph Pilates’ principles and teachings, Pilates is an innovative system of exercise designed to transform the way your body functions in everyday activities. Pilates builds strength, core stability, balance, flexibility, proprioception, and mental focus. Part of what sets Pilates apart from other types of workouts is the focus on the quality of movement over quantity of movement. All exercises are done on the mat, barefoot or grippy socks recommended.

  • Wake up and move into your day with an energizing flow designed to activate the body and clear the mind. This class offers breath-drive movement, gentle heat-building sequences, and space to reconnect with yourself before the day begins. So come as you are and rise with the rhythm of the morning!

  • Join us for an invigorating Yoga Sculpt while we flow through traditional Yoga poses with light hand weights and cardio bursts. Barefoot recommended.

  • 30-Minute Barre core workout targeting the obliques, upper core and deep core using light weights and a variety of props. Barefoot or grippy socks recommended.

  • Full-body Barre fuses Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training to create an effective workout in a 45 min format. The goal of the technique is to transform the body into a balanced one of equal strength, form and function, all while having fun. Barefoot or grippy socks recommended.

  • Unroll your mat and join us for a 45 min slow yoga flow + deep stretching class. Stretches will be held to allow the muscles to fully unwind and lengthen. This deep, intentional stretching not only relieves tension, but also helps to increase flexibility and improve circulation. This gentle practice is suitable for all, even if you’re new to yoga. Barefoot recommended.

  • Pilates Fusion emphasizes core stabilization, optimal alignment, and Pilates matwork, blending classic Pilates moves with Barre and Strength. Barefoot or grippy socks recommended.

  • Tone & strengthen your upper body in an express 30-minute Barre inspired workout! We'll work through the upper body targeting the shoulders, biceps, chest, triceps and back with 3-lb & 5-lb weights. Barefoot or grippy socks recommended.

  • Full-body Barre fuses Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training to create an effective workout in a 45 min format. The goal of the technique is to transform the body into a balanced one of equal strength, form and function, all while having fun. Barefoot or grippy socks recommended.

  • Vinyasa is practiced one breath to one movement intentionally, which creates a moving meditation for the student to build their own flow via breath work and physical awareness. This is a 60 min all-levels practice that cultivates focus, alignment, stamina, and flexibility. Class features an upbeat soundtrack, challenging sequences and tends to have more upper body engagement with peak postures to safely lead up to through repetition during the class. Barefoot recommended.

  • Pilates Sculpt incorporates fundamental Pilates mat exercises with a focus on core engagement, flexibility enhancement and body awareness for all levels. Light (1lb) ankle and wrist weights will be worn throughout class to add more of a sculpting burn. Barefoot or grippy socks recommended.
